1. Free Trial Policy

2. 7-Day Money Back Guarantee
If for any reason you face irreversible technical errors or downtime on our server end during the first 7 days, we will gladly initiate a full refund. We ask that you first contact our technical support staff to troubleshoot the issue before requesting the refund. Often, buffering is due to local ISP throttling which we can help bypass.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are absolutely not granted under the following circumstances:
- Your internet speed suddenly degrades and fails to meet the 25Mbps requirement.
- You broke the rules of the connection limit (e.g., trying to use 5 devices on a 1 connection plan) causing an automated ban.
- You decided you no longer want the service after the 7-day grace period has elapsed.
- You cannot configure your device but refused the live assistance of our support operators.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is officially approved by our billing department, please allow 3 to 7 business days for the funds to reflect on your original payment method statement depending entirely on your banking institution's processing speeds.
