By browsing or purchasing from the Catchon TV platform, you explicitly adhere strictly to the following terms and guidelines.

1. Subscription Rules

Catchon TV sells digital access configurations giving access to IPTV stream endpoints. Your subscription gives you access to specific connection limits. If you purchase the 1 Connection plan, utilizing those coordinates simultaneously on 2 or more IP addresses concurrently will automatically prompt our server to permanently suspend your service without refund.

2. Code of Conduct

You are formally disallowed from reverse-engineering the Catchon TV native applications or engaging in distributed denial of service (DDoS) attempts towards our backend portals. If we identify such interactions, your IP pool and hardware limits will be blocked.

3. Limitation of Liability

While we exert immense effort towards guaranteeing 99.9% uptime, occasional server downtimes for security updating are inevitable in streaming architecture. We hold zero liability for brief outages or isolated missing channels not under our infrastructural purview.
